What we do
Everything your project needs, cut and finished in one place
Cutting to size
Straight, square cuts in MDF, chipboard, melamine-faced board (MFC) and plywood, cut precisely to your dimensions.
CNC shaping & drilling
Curved and shaped parts, cut-outs and holes placed exactly where you need them, machined on our CNC.
Edge banding
Any edging you need — matched to the board colour or contrasting, with straight, radius or bevelled edges.
Painting
Parts painted in the colour you choose, so they arrive ready to assemble and install.
All major board brands
We work with boards from leading manufacturers such as EGGER, Kronospan and Swiss Krono, plus MDF and plywood for painted and veneered work.
Your own materials
Already bought your boards? Bring or send them to us and we’ll cut, edge and machine them for you.

Send your cutting list
Any format works — a spreadsheet, a PDF or drawing, a list from cutting software, or even a photo of a handwritten sketch. Email info@relmbespoke.co.uk or use our enquiry form.
Get your quote
Tell us the board and edging you want, or that you’re supplying your own. We confirm the price and the date your parts will be ready.
Collect or have it delivered
Pick up from our workshop at Unit F, Barwell Business Park, Chessington, KT9 2NY, or ask us to deliver. Orders can be ready in as little as 1 day.
Just need a shelf?
Order a made-to-measure shelf online
Replacement shelves in 18 mm EGGER board, cut to your exact size, edged on all four sides and supplied with six shelf pegs. Order directly from our Amazon store.
